Eusirus
perdentatus

(fam.: Eusiridae, size: up to 87mm, depth: down to 2000m)

This giant species is very common on the Weddell Sea bottoms. It's a macropredator feeding mainly on other small crustaceans, but it can sometimes show a opportunistic scavenging behaviour.
